All over the world, no matter what the type of occasion or celebration, it is almost always marked with a type of food ritual. There can be a big reason or a small reason, or no reason at all, but our “Supper for Six” is created for those who love dining out with friends or family, and most especially for those with a love of beef.
The concept is based around “family style” dining and showcasing different cuts of beef, bringing new flavours to the table and guaranteeing there will be something everyone will love. The four cuts selected by our Executive Head Chef Gareth are the Rib Eye for it’s marbling and flavour, the Chateau Briand for it’s soft tender texture, the Feather Blade to showcase how secondary cuts pack a punch along with Bone Marrow Bon Bon’s.
Beginning with grilled gambas to kick the tastebuds into action, you will then be served our “Marker Margarita” shaken at the table before the main event of the beef feast begins. There are no small players with our sides, we are complementing the beef with gratin Dauphinoise, truffle and parmesan fries, forest mushrooms and glazed shallots.
Finish the evening of delicious with a choice from the Brasserie Cheese Trolley.
“Supper for Six” can be “Supper for Seven or Eight or Nine and more”, it just requires a minimum of six people at €50 per person (€300 minimum spend) and we require 24 hours’ notice should you wish to avail of this menu.
