Gourmet dining at its finest, your guests will experience a four course tasting menu designed by you and our Executive Head Chef Gareth Mullins.
Our largest function space, The Marker Suite, mirrors the Marker’s unique architectural features. It has a striking ceiling which floats freely, with no columns to obstruct the natural flow of the room. With the ability to host 240 guests for a banquet dinner, our Marker suite is the ideal location to celebrate your big day with all your nearest and dearest.
Our second largest function space The Shannon, boasts natural daylight and a sublime forest scene which runs the full length of the room. Catering for 40 – 60 guests, our Shannon suite is the perfect setting for more intimate celebrations.
Unique and contemporary in every sense of the word, our stunning Rooftop Bar & Terrace forms the perfect venue for an intimate dinner for up to 16 guests. Experience canapes on arrival and a bespoke six course tasting menu created by our Executive Head Chef Gareth Mullins – a true foodie experience.
