Crab claws with tomato, chilli, garlic and lime



  1. Place a large pan on a medium to high heat, add the olive oil, carefully add the tomatoes.
  2. Sauté for 2 minutes until the tomatoes start to break down
  3. Add the garlic, shallots and chilli, continue to cook for 3 minutes
  4. Add the crab claws and lime
  5. Cook for 3 minutes until the crab claws have warmed through
  6. Add the chopped coriander and season with salt and pepper
