Steak sandwich with peppered crème fraiche


Peppered crème fraiche   


  1. Put a heavy based pan or griddle pan on a medium to high heat
  2. Season the steaks with salt and drizzle with oil. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes and allow to rest on a plate
  3. Toast the ciabatta, smear on the crème fraiche and place some of the rocket and sliced tomatoes on top
  4. Thinly slice the beef and place on top with a twist of pepper
  5. Put the lids on sandwiches and enjoy!
