Ingredients
- 2 x 200g sirloin steaks
- 2 x ciabatta bread
- 50g rocket or baby spinach
- 2 x plum tomatoes sliced
Peppered crème fraiche
- 100mls crème fraiche
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ lemon juiced
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
- Salt to taste
Method
- Put a heavy based pan or griddle pan on a medium to high heat
- Season the steaks with salt and drizzle with oil. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes and allow to rest on a plate
- Toast the ciabatta, smear on the crème fraiche and place some of the rocket and sliced tomatoes on top
- Thinly slice the beef and place on top with a twist of pepper
- Put the lids on sandwiches and enjoy!
