A relaxed dining experience in a space of elemental light and energy that transforms seamlessly from day to night. The Brasserie is a destination for food lovers who love to try something different, yet share a genuine passion for discovering simple, unfussy dishes made with locally source ingredients.
One of the many reasons for visiting Grand Canal Square is the Bord Gais Theatre, which is adjacent to The Marker Hotel. Our Brasserie entrance is just metres from the theatre doors. We love to welcome theatregoers and have a pre-theatre menu available each evening from Tuesday to Saturday, served from 5pm until 7pm, always ensuring having you in perfect time to enjoy the show.
In addition to our pre-theatre menus, we also serve our a la carte menu each evening. It is a menu which truly showcases the creative nature of our culinary team and provides our guests with new reasons to continuing returning to the Brasserie. Our menus change with season, our inventive spirit continuously developing with the ever-growing range of fresh ingredients available from local suppliers. We always look to source not only the best, but the best of the season and in turn treat these ingredients with respect through cooking simply and accurately. The diverse experience of our team offers a rounded and international cuisine with an emphasis on native Irish produce. Our Brasserie menus are guaranteed to please all palates as above all else we strive to cook food that is first and foremost satisfying to eat.
